Terms & Conditions - Win with Mulino Bianco Campaign

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern your participation in the Win with Mulino Bianco Campaign (the “Campaign”) and constitute an agreement between yourself (the ‘Participant’) and Francis Busuttil and Sons (Marketing) Limited (FBSM”, “us”, “we”, “our) with company number C24137. These T&C’s prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistencies with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

The campaign is also registered with the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) with the permit number MGA/CCG/018/2025.

A. Win with Mulino Bianco Campaign

Participants may take part in the Campaign being organised by FBSM by purchasing one product from a selected range of Mulino Bianco products as set out in Section C Participation below and by following the participation steps also set out in the same Section C Participation, subject to acceptance of these T&Cs.

B. Duration of Campaign

The Campaign shall commence on Saturday 1st March 2025 and shall end on Saturday 31st of May 2025 (the ‘Campaign Period’), both dates included. FBSM reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend, terminate and/or suspend the Campaign Period or otherwise modify or cancel the Campaign at its discretion and at any time.​

C. Participation

In order to participate in the Campaign, the Participant needs to follow the steps:

2. Scan the QR code available on the sticker of the pack which will take you to winwithmulinobianco.com online portal. We do not assume any responsibility for any access problem or difficulty regarding the use of this online portal arising from any configuration of the participant’s devices such as software, hardware, transmission or internet connection, accessibility to telephone network or any other matters which may prevent participation.

3. Register your details including name, surname, date of birth, contact number, e-mail address and the shop from where the product was purchased.

4. Register the unique lottery number composed of 3 letters and 5 numbers found on top of the sticker of the purchased pack.

5. Submit your entry.

6. The winner will be chosen through an online random and anonymous picker on a weekly basis during the Campaign Period. The full process will be also recorded and documented, while an official representative of the Malta Gaming Authority will be overseeing the process.  

7. The winner will be contacted by a phone call followed by an e-mail. FBSM reserves the right to select another winner should the first winner not respond to the e-mail or phone call within seventy-two (72) hours.

8. For the winners to be eligible to claim the gift, they will be asked a simple question during the call. Winners are also requested to present the wrapper of the Mulino Bianco pack with the sticker and the unique number clearly visible upon collection of the gift. Failing to do so, would disqualify the winner and a new draw would take place to choose another winner instead. Proof of identification will also be required.

9. Results will be made official on the Ix-Xirja Facebook Page every week during the Campaign Period.

10. By taking part in this Campaign, the Participant tacitly accepts these T&Cs

D. The Campaign Prizes

1.    The prizes of the Campaign are listed below (‘Prize/s’):

b. €100 One 4 All gift voucher – winner to be chosen through the online random picker and contacted by a phone call on 14th March 2025 at 3pm. Following the call an e-mail will be sent.

c. €100 One 4 All gift voucher – winner to be chosen through the online random picker and contacted by a phone call on 21st March 2025 at 3pm. Following the call an e-mail will be sent.

d. €100 One 4 All gift voucher – winner to be chosen through the online random picker and contacted by a phone call on 28th March 2025 at 3pm. Following the call an e-mail will be sent.

j. €100 One 4 All gift voucher – winner to be chosen through the online random picker and contacted by a phone call through the online random picker on 9th May 2025 at 3pm. Following the call an e-mail will be sent.

k. €100 One 4 All gift voucher – winner to be chosen through the online random picker and contacted by a phone call on 16th May 2025 at 3pm. Following the call an e-mail will be sent.

l. €100 One 4 All gift voucher – winner to be chosen through the online random picker and contacted by a phone call on 23rd May 2025 at 3pm. Following the call an e-mail will be sent.

m. €100 One 4 All gift voucher – winner to be chosen through the online random picker and contacted by a phone call on 30th May 2025 at 3pm. Following the call an e-mail will be sent.

n. Final Prize totalling the sum of €4,000 includes:

i. A trip for 2 persons for 3 nights accommodation at Lefay Resort & Spa in Dolomiti Italy
ii. Return flights on KM Malta Airlines including 10 kilos inhand and 20 kilos inhold.
iii. Daily breakfast
iv. Food vouchers for 2 dinners at Lefay Resort & Spa
v. Return airport transfers
vi. All taxes and charges

Winner to be chosen through the online random picker and contacted by phone call on 6th June 2025 at 3pm. We reserve the right to present the Final Prize by organising a prize giving event which may be documented and shared on FBSM’s social media platforms.

2.    The Campaign Prize winners’ names will be published on the FBSM Social platforms and by participating, you are consenting to this.

3.    The Campaign Prize winners’ will be asked to provide proof of identification before prize collection.

4.    The Campaign Prizes cannot be exchanged for any other offer and FBSM shall not be responsible if the winner is not able to use the Prize for any reason howsoever arising.

5.    FBSM shall not be liable for or be obliged to replace any lost or stolen Campaign Prizes.

E. Eligibility and Participation

1. This Campaign is open to any participant who is a resident of Malta or Gozo, is over eighteen (18) years of age, and has followed the participation steps outlined in section C.

2.    FBSM employees, directors, affiliates, lawyers or representatives shall not be eligible to participate in this Campaign. We reserve the right to carry out checks to ensure conformity with this requirement.
3.    Participants may enter the lottery once with every purchased product

F. Privacy

Your personal data processed for the purposes of this Campaign shall be processed in accordance with the data protection policy available [https://winwithmulinobianco.mt/privacy]

G. Modifications and Termination of the Campaign

1.    FBSM reserves their right to modify any of the T&Cs set forth herein.
2.    A Participant’s participation in the Campaign constitutes the Participant’s acceptance to these T&Cs as may be amended from time to time. Participants are responsible for keeping up to date with any changes that FBSM may make to these T&Cs. The most current version of the T&Cs will be made available on the winwithmulinobianco.mt website and will supersede all previous versions of these T&Cs.
3.    For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, revision, termination or suspension by FBSM of the Campaign shall not entitle any Participant to any claim or compensation from FBSM for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by any Participant as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, revision, termination or suspension.

H. Miscellaneous

1.    FBSM reserves the right to disqualify any participant or to remove any privileges as a winner to anyone who has:

a.  tampered with the entry process;

b. provided inaccurate information at any stage throughout the competition;

c. acted in violation of these T&C’s;

In addition to termination of participation privileges, FBSM shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.

2.    FBSM’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign will be final and binding.

3.    FBSM and its respective related companies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and respective agents and their agencies, suppliers and other companies involved in the development or execution of the Campaign, or the production or distribution of Campaign materials shall not be held responsible or liable in the event of a printing error or irregular packaging. In such cases, we encourage you to file a complaint on info@fbsmarketing.com.

4.    To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in this Campaign, each and every Participant is agreeing that he/she will not hold FBSM  and its officers, servants ,employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers that FBSM may engage for the purposes of this Campaign), liable for any loss or damages that he/she may incur, in connection with the Campaign.

5.    Prizes in this Campaign are offered at the discretion of FBSM and the company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of participation or any other aspect of competition at any time, with reasonable notice being given to the data subjects, even though such changes may affect the prize value. Participants will understand that the most recent version of the terms will be updated on winwithmulinobianco.mt.

6. These T&C’s and the Campaign shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta and the courts of Malta shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the resolution of all disputes as to any matter arising out of or in connection with these T&C’s. If any provision of these T&C’s becomes illegal or invalid during the Campaign Period, that such not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of any other previsions of these T&C’s.

I. Limitation on Liability and Warranties.

To the fullest extent possible at law, FBSM will not accept any be responsibility or liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (including without limitation lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise that arises out of or is in any way connected with:

  • The Campaign
  • Any failure or delay by FBSM with the implementation of Campaign
  • The performance or non-performance of the Campaign by FBSM even if the latter has been advised of the possibility of damages

This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of your registration information, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behaviour, negligence, or under any other cause of action. If, despite the limitation above FBSM is found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of, or is in any way connected with, any of the occurrences described in the limitation above, then its liability will in no event exceed, in total, the sum of fifty Euros (€50).  

FBSM makes no warranty of any kind regarding the Campaign which is provided on and “as-is” and “as-available” basis. FBSM expressly disclaims any representation or warranty that its Campaign will be error free.

FBSM expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions including implied warranties and conditions of merchant ability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and those arising by statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage or trade.

J. Taxes.

Determination and payment of tax liability on awards, including income tax, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

K. Acts Beyond Our Control

The failure of FBSM to comply with these T&Cs because of any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either FBSM or the Participant concerned, including acts of God, earthquake, flood, storm, lightning, fire, explosion, war, terrorism, riot, civil disturbance, sabotage, strike, lockout, slowdown, labour disturbances, accident, epidemic, pandemic, difficulties to obtain required raw materials or labour, lack of or failing transportation, breakdown of plant or essential machinery, emergency repair or maintenance, breakdown of public utilities, changes of law, statutes, regulations or any other legislative measures, acts of governments, supranational organizations or other administrative or public agencies, orders or decrees of any court, acts of third parties, delay in delivery or defects in goods or materials or any other circumstances hall not b deemed to be deemed a breach of the T&Cs.
